This completes a process that we began in 2019 with the establishment of our independent and regulated fund advisory firm in the U.K.
As a wholly independent and partner owned firm, we have taken the decision to rebrand our business to reflect this status, renaming the business after our founders Cabot Lodge and Daniel Quai who began the company in 2013.
We remain committed to helping our investors meet their long-term goals by leveraging our extensive experience in sale and leasebacks, build-to-suits, mezzanine, credit underwriting and corporate finance to access the most attractive opportunities within the European market and beyond.
